Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Identify problems and opportunities through data analysis and market research.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between business users and technical teams.
• Create process models, diagrams, and workflow documentation.
• Define KPIs and prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and align with company strategy.
• Support project managers in planning and execution phases.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Continuously identify improvement areas and propose strategic changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying is a bonus.
