Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all aspects of the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, release backlogs, and team capacity.
• Guide teams in defining user stories, estimating tasks, and tracking progress.
• Resolve project roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of releases.
• Mentor and coach team members in agile principles and best practices.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira to track progress, manage risks, and generate reports.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools like Jira
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and mentor agile teams
• Scrum Master certification and PMP certification (preferred)
