Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex ideas into elegant and functional UI/UX designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and brand guidelines.
• Ensure design consistency across all products and touchpoints.
• Participate in product strategy and roadmap planning discussions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end collaboration is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (preferred).
