Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and impact analyses.
• Design and document business and system requirements, workflows, and architecture.
• Provide insights on system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation.
• Support the development and implementation of customized solutions.
• Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from analysis to deployment.
• Deliver technical presentations and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Assist in system testing, training, and post-deployment support.
• Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business and technology consulting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business and/or Technical Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of business process design and IT systems architecture.
• Expertise in enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, BI, or custom platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (MBA or technical certifications preferred).
