We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable backend systems and APIs.
Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data pipelines.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern backend frameworks.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of server-side systems.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
Collaborate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development.
Participate in architectural discussions and system design planning.
Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Backend Developer.
Proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or similar.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience in designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices.
Familiarity with authentication (JWT, OAuth), role-based access control, and data security best practices.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Basic knowledge of DevOps, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
